That means the official roster is capable of displaying a Lawrence County booking photo when BSRDC publishes one for the record.
The research did not confirm that every BSRDC inmate detail has a mugshot or that prior mugshots remain public after release. Treat the image field as a roster feature, not a guarantee. Are Lawrence County Mugshots Public?
Kentucky's open-records law creates a public-inspection path for records held by public agencies, subject to exemptions and procedures. The more specific booking-photo law, KRS 61.8746, addresses commercial use of booking photographs and official inmate photographs when a publisher demands payment or other consideration to remove or revise the image. It does not turn outside photo publishers into official sources.

Request Lawrence County Booking Photos

Those request rules are useful when a booking photo is not visible on the roster and the record must be requested from the agency that holds it.
How Long Mugshots Stay Online
The research did not locate an official BSRDC retention rule for public roster photos. JailTracker supports released search and release-date fields when configured, but that does not prove a released person's photo will remain public for any set time. A photo may disappear from public view even if the agency still retains a record under its retention rules.
For practical use, treat the roster as a current-custody source first. If a person has been released, transferred, or sentenced to KDOC custody, check whether the JailTracker type filter includes released records. If not, use an open-records request or the court record rather than a third-party photo site.
Lawrence County Mugshot Removal
Mugshot removal after dismissal, sealing, or expungement is a records-clearing issue handled through court and agency channels. Kentucky has expungement paths under KRS 431.073 for eligible convictions and KRS 431.076 for charges that did not result in conviction. The court order and the record holder's process control what happens next.
Outside photo-publishing websites are not official Lawrence County sources. The BOP inmate locator does not operate as a federal mugshot gallery. ICE ODLS is also a detainee locator, not a booking-photo database. If a Lawrence County inmate has a federal hold or immigration detainer, the local jail may still be the custody point until transfer or release processing changes.
